WARRANTY

Spi Motorsport Products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer limited warranty and supported by us.

 

 This Limited Warranty covers the engine and transmission for:

 

1 year or 4,000 miles, whichever occurs first from the purchase date, and components for 6 months.

 

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by collisions, accidents, improper vehicle operation, shipping, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance in accordance with the user manual instruction are not covered.

SPI Motorsport Inc. Limited Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear such as tires, belts, brakes, lights, batteries, clutches, discs, padding, seat, cosmetic body, fasteners, wires, decals and sprockets.

 

We reserve the right to request the return of defective parts for testing and inspection. 

The cost of shipping parts, as well as freight charges incurred with delivery, are not covered.

 

SPI Motorsport Inc. will deliver replacement parts to the customer free of charge.

 

SPI Motorsport Inc. does not directly provide repair services. We recommend to engage with a licensed small engine mechanic for maintenance and repairs to ensure the highest standard of service for your Motorcycle.

 

SPI Motorsport Inc. shall not be held liable for any labor costs that may arise during the repair process, including the removal or installation of components or parts.

 

This SPI Motorsport Inc. Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover damages due to misuse, leased, rented, or motorcycle used for commercial uses.
